Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders.
We wrap your jewellery carefully in tissue paper and pack it in one of our free Crave Gift Boxes as standard. We use postage 'jiffy' bags to further protect your parcel.
Standard Delivery
Due to the nature of our product we send all packages by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
To avoid disappointment, if your item is in stock please allow 5 working days (Monday – Friday) for packaging, dispatch and delivery via UK standard delivery (Europe 7-9 days and Rest of the World 8-14 days).
If your piece is currently out of stock, be sure to give us your email address and we can make sure you’re the first to know when that piece is back in stock.

Special Delivery
If your order is in stock and you require it urgently, we can arrange for Special Delivery (next day) within mainland UK on request. This will be charged at £7.00 and a signature will be required. We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery in the UK to deliver orders before 1pm the following day but please note that the order does need to be dispatched before 2pm by Special Delivery that day so we can only guarantee next day delivery for orders placed before midday. Please also note the Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday in every part of the country.
Please Note: For the security of our customers, some orders may require further checking and may therefore not be eligible for same-day dispatch.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If you do experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help you trace it. We will be able to give you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office. Very often it is simply a case that they have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. If the item is time critical we can despatch another immediately (assuming it is in stock) provided we have credit card details to guarantee payment in the event that the original turns up. This way you will not be inconvenienced further as the Royal Mail will not officially classify a parcel as lost until 15 working days have elapsed by which time your important event date would have passed.
If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead, this can be authorised back onto your card after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and the Royal Mail acknowledges it as lost.
